G'weh Bug Spray

G’weh (pronounced GUH-WEH)translates to “go away” in Jamaican patois—and that’s exactly what our DEET-free bug spray tells hungry mosquitoes.

G’weh is is an all-natural Bug Spray created with homegrown mugwort and citronella to keep pesky mosquitoes at bay. Crafted with utmost care, our bug spray is formulated using homegrown citronella and organic lavender hydrosol. 

Inspired by Jamaican culture and ritual of using what is available in the immediate environment to survive, this bug repellent mirrors these prat-ices. The mugwort plant ( Artemisia vulgaris), which is homegrown,  is known for its mosquito repelling properties. Universally known and praised, citronella masks our body’s scent, by “hiding” our skin from mosquitoes and their skin probing peskiness. Both plants are non-toxic, organic, and may provide a safer alternative to synthetic chemical repellents. 

How to Use: Gently shake your G’weh Bug Spray and generously mist all over your skin and clothing. Use the palm of your hand to distribute the product over the skin evenly. Enjoy your summer activities naturally without being harassed by mosquitoes.

TIP: Re-apply after sweating, swimming, or any vigorous activity.
